FIFA 20 Concept UI

FIFA 20 Concept UI along with changes I would like to see made to the Manager Career Mode.

Game Modes:

• FIFA Street:
  Similar to the FIFA Street game franchise
• Scenario Mode:
  A game mode where you can replay historic mathces from the past and play as either of the teams to achieve the real life result or change the outcome.
• Create a Club Mode:
  Create your own club with customized crest, kit, sponsors and stadium. Start from the bottom of the division and make your way to the top. Sign better sponsors and players and increase your club worth.
• Training Mode:
  Practice set pieces and a comeback of the 11v11 training match.

Career Mode (Manager):

• Basic:
  Start the Career mode by creating your own manager or by picking a current manager at any club.
  Make women's club teams also available for management.
• Central:
  Visual Sim option which will enable the player to join in the action at any stage of the match.
  Standings or League table displayed in full on the Central page.
• Squad:
  Manage U23 and U18 youth teams along with the first team squad. Recruit for the youth teams and track their progress with a view to promote them to the first team.
  Have tactics for your own team as well opposition tactics to handle the opposition and take advantage of their weakness.
• Transfers:
  Option to search players according to their ratings in addition to the usual filters and GTN.
  No fixed potentials for any players. Changes to the potential and position of the players based on the training.
  Have real life clauses which would impact the manager going into the game and also adding more variations to add clauses when signing new players.
• Office:
  Have different staffing options which would enable us to hire and upgrade the club staff. Better staff would enable better growth of players and amenities.
  More interaction with the players. Players trying to force their way out of the club if not happy, asking for improved contracts.
  My Club and My Career would enable the player to watch the trophy cabinet and learn about the history of the club and the manager.
• Fitness:
  Train your team for a specific type of play and create a new legacy at the club.
  Adjust nutrition and diet for players to gain or lose weight which would affect their attributes.
• Finances:
  Grow your club worth by improving your performance on and off the pitch.
  Select shirt and kit sponsors. Also sign new deals which would increase your club worth.
  Addition of the FFP regulations which would enable a more even competition and realistic transfers.
  Bring back the option to request more funds from the board based on your performance and promise.
